is regularly guaranteed only after 2 pm. Earlier check - ins may be possible in some exceptional cases.

After arrival you may check in at your own responsibility at the RED SELF CHECK IN AUTOMAT, which is located in front of the Hotel Station Zug next to the Reception. The Automat is available for checking in 24 hours / 7 days a week and all you need to do is to follow the instructions shown on the touch screen.

To check in you need to have your reservation number, which has been sent to you by e-mail and which is also posted above the machine with your name on the day of your arrival. It is supposed to be 4 digits (webreservation numbers are longer), which allow you to fill in your details at the RED SELF CHECK IN AUTOMAT and give you access to your room, if payed with your credit card. In case of any troubles with the machine, you need to see the reception (opening hours daily 2 pm - 9 pm, on working days also in the morning). It is your responsibility to complete a record of arrival in your room, if you have checked in at the red automat and to drop it in the mailbox of the hotel. 

The SELF CHECK IN AUTOMAT accepts the following credit cards:

MAESTRO

MASTERCARD

After completing the payment, you will receive a PIN code enabling you – for the duration of your stay – to open your room door as well as the main entrance door.

You can also pay by cash, but this is  possible only at the Reception, which is open Monday to Sunday from 2 pm to 9 pm.

The earliest check in time at the Reception is 2 pm!

In case of late arrival, please check in by the SELF SERVICE CHECK IN AUTOMAT and then be ready to use one of the credit cards listed above (no cash is accepted). Please be aware, that the Reception is closed at 9 pm, in case the machine does not work, we may not be hold responsible, if you will not get access to your room! There is an emergency number to call and there is staff available to help, but we can not guarantee, that this will be possible over the phone.

Hotel Station Zug takes no responsibility for any problems, which may occur with the validation of your credit card or any problems with checking in at the automat after 9 pm. Late check-ins after 9 pm are at your own risk! Late check-ins are possible only at the self service check in automat.

You do not need to check out with us, you can easily leave the hotel whenever you wish.

 The latest check-out time is 10 am!

Please be aware, that in case of late check-out, we may charge you for an additional night.
